Operates on any phone
Works with fixed line phones, cordless phones, mobiles, and satellite phones. -
You don't need a smart phone
Assure Connect™ recognises your phone number when activated and does all of the smart work at the telephone exchange; you don't need to download an app to your telephone. ANY handset or system capable of dialing a phone number will work. -
Calls up to 9 people
You can set-up your Assure Connect™ to dial up to 9 people in an emergency (you can choose to have from 1 up to 9 people in your Call Group). -
Calls everybody at the same time
Assure Connect™ rings everyone in your Call Group at the same time (not one at a time) - this vastly increases the chance and speed of locating someone to help you in an emergency and is a unique feature of Assure Connect™. -
Messages are sent to the people who don't answer
Text messages are sent to the remainder of the Call Group letting them know who called and who answered. -
Conference call with emergency services
Assure Connect™ allows the person who answers your call for help - to contact Triple Zero during the conversation. This is achieved by simply pressing the zero key during the call. Triple Zero is dialed without breaking contact. Read more about this powerful and unique feature. -
Can't be tricked by answering machines or message bank
Assure Connect™ requires an acknowledgement from the person who answers (it prompts for the 'hash key' to be pushed). Until the acknowledgement is received it continues calling all people in your Call Group. -
Call escalation
With a PREMIUM account, you can set-up a 'pecking order' for people in your Call Group. This allows you to choose people who will be called first. Assure Connect™ will then dial the second group if no-one answers within 30 seconds. Three levels in the Call Group are possible. -
Conference call with other members of the Call Group
During a call, other members of the Call Group can be added to the conversation. -
Failed call attempt alert
If you only manage to start the call to Assure Connect™ in an emergency and are interrupted (your mobile fails or some other reason) all members of the Call Group receive a warning message advising that you attempted a call but it failed. -
Broadcast message at call end
When the call is completed, the Call Group member who answered your call receives an automatic text message inviting them to reply with a message to advise all other members of the Call Group the outcome of the call. -
Multiple caller numbers
You can set-up your Assure Connect™ to recognise both your fixed line phone and mobile (included in the cost). In addition, an account can be shared by multiple callers. For example, a husband and wife could be set-up on the one account sharing the same Call Group. They can also be members of the Call Group so they are included in emergency calls from each other. -
Caller ID is visible to emergency services
If Triple Zero is contacted during the call - emergency services will see the original caller's your phone number NOT the phone number of the Assure Connect™ system. This is important particularly if they wish to determine your location through their phone records. -
Messages can also be sent to email
Email is obviously not fast enough for emergency use, however because some members of the Call Group may not have been available to take the call (which is the reason for ringing multiple people) - they can be kept informed that an emergency has taken place (and the call outcome) via both text messages and email. -
