Subscription Cost - per month The amount that you pay to retain access to the service. This is charged monthly in advance.
Additional User Cost - per month The account costs include one user. Additional users incur an additional monthly subscription cost.
Call Cost Each time the Red Button system is accessed you will incur call costs.
SMS Cost In the course of a Red Button call event, messages are sent to Guardians. These messages incur SMS charges.
Maximum Users Users are people who make a call to friends and family via the Red Button system to call for assistance.
Maximum Guardians Guardians are friends and family members who will provide assistance to the User in the event of an emergency.
Simultaneous Calling A unique feature of the Red Button system is that friends and family (Guardians) are contacted simultaneously. This means their phones all ring at the same time dramatically reducing the time to contact a Guardian.
Event Messaging In the course of a Red Button call event, messages are sent to Guardians. These messages incur SMS charges.
Triple Zero - Three way call with Guardian During a Red Button call, where a User has contacted a guardian, it is possible to bring Triple Zero into the conversation.
Conference Calling The Red Button system allows you to create 3 way calls.
Call all remaining Guardians again with * key By pressing the asterisk key (or star *) during a Red Button call will contact all other guardians and add them to the call.
Call individual Guardians using key pad In the premium edition, you can select a particular guardian to add to the conversation by using a telephone keypad number.
Divert to Triple Zero if Guardians do not answer If no guardians answer, the user is asked if they wish to call Triple Zero.
Priority Escalation You can configure Red Button so that a guardian or group of guardians is called first. If none answer a second group is called. If no one in the second group answer, then the call escalates to a third group.
