Older people living independently
With an increasingly aging society more people are finding themselves needing to rely on others to help them through unexpected situations.

Assure Connect™ extends independent living unobtrusively by enlisting the support of close friends and family. 

Assure Connect™ communicates with family and friendship groups providing older people with an easily accessible support network. Assure Connect™ will recognise both the home phone and mobile numbers providing reliable emergency contact both in and out of the home. Friends and family are just one button press away.

Not every situation is a Triple Zero emergency. Worse, many people have trouble deciding if a situation warrants a call to emergency services. Assure Connect™ allows quick consultation with a friend or family member who can help to make that decision.

If it is agreed that emergency services are required, the friend or family member can bring Triple Zero into the conversation by simply pressing the zero key on their phone creating an immediate three-way conversation.

The three-way conversation is immensely powerful. It allows the friend or family member to guide emergency services to reach the caller providing information or interpreting.

Assure Connect™ is ideal for helping people to resolve their problem when they are distressed, worried or too confused to dial a number.

People living with disabilities
Technology can greatly assist disabled people to cope with everyday challenges and unexpected situations.

Calling for assistance using Assure Connect™ enables friends, family members, and even healthcare professionals to remain immediately accessible and provides a built-in escalation system should the designated care provider be unavailable.

The three-way conversation feature provided by Assure Connect™ allows other people to be brought into the conversation as required. These are people that can be trusted to handle the call for help.

Children outside the home
